In 1992 Afton Central School created a campaign and 10-minute film/video as part of a Nationwide Insurance Prom Promise initiative to prevent drunk-driving accidents on Prom Night. ACS won the Grand Prize: a student scholarship and $1500 to be distribute to class treasuries.
